We provide Free UK mainland delivery on all products except for our car batteries. We are based in the UK and all of our items are shipped from our fulfilment centres. We have over 80,000 product lines available for same day delivery and over 2,000 power and construction equipment ready for collection or fast delivery.
Please also allow 3 - 5 days for our free UK delivery option or standard delivery, depending on your location. Orders are often delivered well before the estimated arrival date and we will keep you updated along the whole process. Priority delivery is available from £6.99. Please note UK NEXT DAY may not always arrive the next day as this can vary on location.

ADDITIONAL CARRIAGE CHARGES
Please note that delivery to Scottish Highlands and islands such as Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Wight will be subject to additional delivery costs. We will get in touch with you before processing your order. If you would like to enquire about the price of these locations before hand please get in touch with us via email or telephone and we can help with this.
If we are unable to temporarily or permanently deliver to your location we will contact you and/or cancel the order, issuing a full refund. Check your delivery options correctly at the checkout.
Products weighing over 10kg may require an additional carriage charge of £5.95. You will be notified of this as soon as you place your order. If you're unsure, please contact us and our team can help with any queries. Overweight items covers our automotive products only. This surcharge is not applicable to power equipment range.
FAILED DELIVERY & CHANGE OF ADDRESS
In the event that there is a failed delivery, the customer will be eligible to pay the redelivery costs issued by the courier, this cost will be advised to the customer if there is a failed delivery attempt. Once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. The customer will need to cancel the order before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order or change your address. If this results in a failed delivery, or cancellation for a product which has already been dispatched, the customer will be charged 10% administration and restocking fee.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must also contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange your item(s). Although our returns policy lasts 30 days it is important you contact us immediately (within the 48 hour period of delivery) or we have the right to cancel your refund at any time. You must contact us for a return via email to email@example.com to log the date and time of the report or we reserve the right to reject your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If 30 days has gone by since delivery of any product the customer is only eligible for a repair or replacement under warranty and not a refund.
We provide free UK returns for power equipment and construction products. If your purchase falls outside this category such as car parts, accessories, lubricants, oils etc you are liable to pay for the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- No contact was made to us within 48 hours of delivery with refund request
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or live chat.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or live chat on our website.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your order, please contact us and we will provide further information on how to send it back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-power equipment products. Our power and construction products will be collection will be arranged by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75 that is not power equipment category, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATION POLICY & CHANGE OF MIND
In the event that you would like to cancel your order with us, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order or the item could be already dispatched. Additionally, if you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 10% restocking and administration fee which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to return your item because of change of mind, you may also be subject to the 10% restocking and administration fee. If you are returning a faulty product you will receive a replacement machine if reported within 30 days or a refund in full. If you are returning a faulty product after 30 days you are only eligible for a repair which must be returned to the manufacturer.
If you are returning a faulty product which is found to be user error you will be charged 10% for the repair and devaluation of the machine.
If your order has been cancelled by us due to delays, incorrect stock or administration errors on our end, then there will be no restocking or administration charges.
If we have attempted to deliver to you more than twice and you have missed all delivery attempts we reserve the right to pass the charge on to you, the customer. This failed delivery fee is 10% of your order amount.
SECTION 27 - Hyundai Power Products
If you're returning a Hyundai power product, we provide free returns however, this must be returned to the manufacturer's address: Isaac Way, Pembroke Dock SA72 4RW. All Hyundai returns must be sent to this address (the manufacturer). We will not be liable if a Hyundai product is returned to another address.
SECTION 28 - LUMAG PRODUCTS
Our Lumag product range terms and conditions are different to the rest of our product range due to the product type, i.e; commercial. Delivery on the Lumag range of products is 3-5 working days. We strongly suggest assessing the product for damage upon delivery before signing for it with the courier. Most couriers won't mind a customer taking 5 minutes to check over a product to ensure there is no damage. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage not reported to us within the first hour of delivery and you the customer will be responsible for paying carriage charges should you exceed this period for a return. If the incorrect product or damaged product arrives, assess and refuse delivery. If this is reported over one hour after delivery confirmation we will not accept responsibility.
Lumag products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Each product will indicate the time period the product is covered for warranty. In most instances if there is a slight problem with the machine, ourselves and Lumag will reach out with advice, technical tips and video tutorials to get you up and running, i.e; checking fuel levels in the instance a machine won't start. If a problem is more complicated, Lumag will arrange a collection of the product for repair and re-dispatch to you, the customer. Please note while we, HWB Car Parts liaise with the manufacturer on the customer's behalf, the warranty is with Lumag and not us, HWB Car Parts Ltd. In the unlikely event you will need to claim warranty, you will be subject to filling out Lumag's warranty form and accepting their terms & conditions. For example; if a product is reported as faulty, arrives back at Lumag and is found to be user error, the customer is liable to pay the costs of carriage and repair.
Customers are entitled to a 30 day return, if the product is in a new condition and unopened. With a Lumag 30 day return entitlement, the custom will be liable to pay the carriage costs, of which will be informed specifically per product upon a return request. Please note products under warranty are manufacturer warranties and not directly handled by us. While we do manage the whole warranty aspect for you and liaise with the manufacturers on your behalf to speed up the process, the warranty guidelines themselves are set out by the manufacturer in question.
