Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must also contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange your item(s). Additionally, if you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 10% restocking and administration fee which will be deducted from your refund.
