This water heater can be fitted to a 1500rpm Hyundai generator to keep the coolant/water lukewarm while not in use.

Water heaters keep the engine block warm, so when the generator starts up there is less strain/wear on the components. Whilst this is not essential in mild climates, it can still prolong the lifespan of your engine. In cold climates likely to suffer from frost or ice in the winter these would be essential.

Please note: these water heaters do not 'run' while the Genset is on - these are for keeping the water warm whilst the set is not being used. Therefore a power supply to the heater is required to keep it running whilst the generator is not on.

Depending upon the size of your generator, you may require a more powerful heater. We recommend this particular model for the Hyundai 1500rpm range, but for larger sets, like the Evopower Cummins powered range you would need a larger one. Contact us if you need more information.
